I can recall seeing him visit the Chip Ganassi team at Chicago Motor Speedway during Friday’s practice. The atmosphere was electric once he appeared. RIP Sir Frank

My youngest son and I had a nice conversation with Greg Moore that day, also. 2 months later….:(

An amazing story of triumph over adversary. I'm sure he could be a hard nosed businessman when required but for the most part he seems to have been an amazingly genuine human being.

I love the story about how they were running the team out of a phone booth at one point because the line to the race shop was cut off due to unpaid bills. Really enjoy triumph-over-adversity stories.
