Is there an app for this?

More specifically, a friend wants to start a company that sells a variety of products on behalf of other suppliers. Sort of an Etsy for travel. Like Viator but not nearly that large. She would start with a few dozen products. Obviously, it needs to describe the products, collect the money for them, then notify the supplier, etc. Is there an app (program) that would do the job for her?

Can't sell travel on Amazon, I don't think. It's a product but each departure would be a separate item and they are not returnable!
