The issue is a real one. If it's a site that turns a profit, or that brings people to a business site for the benefit of that business, and someone chases away their customers, then they have an actionable claim. Whether or not they can ever get anything out of some out of work deadbeat in a trailer park in Arkansas is debateble however. I can think of several more effective solutions...
