During qualifying last night the announcers discussed this. Stayer is an Italian power tool manufacturer who bounced a check to the team. The decal was on the car Friday but was removed for qualifying, presumably because the point had been made, or that Stayer, suitably embarrassed, ponied up the money they owed.
