a Reuters quote has him saying that he considers Fangio on a level much higer than himself, and with no comparison whatsoever. he has a profound respect for the Maestro.

The last couple of races I have seen him do what usually is the impossible in that sport. Dude is amazing. I am glad to see him get the 6th title even though I'm a McLaren fan.

I'm thankful to have witnessed him race, especially this year during his 6th championship. The USGP was a phenomenal performance. As a race fan, and one that's interested in the history of the sport, how can you not appreciate the achievement? Now it's time for someone else to win.
