Don't add up. Ya mean he has enough land to build an airport spec runway for that thing? Or does he just fire it up and party in it?

It is in an area called JumboLair Estates. (http://www.jumbolair.com/Aviation%20Estates.htm) Which is a gated community that has a 7500+ ft runway that can accomodate any commercial aircraft that is flying today.

smAlbany's "International" Airport (1 flight to Toronto per week) has it's biggest runway at between 5-6k feet and 777's have been able to land there in a pinch. Although this might be a problem:

running one of those things up the runway might be an original attempt to clear trees from the immediate vicinity of the runway :D
