Ford beats Ferarri again

The first tests are in and the Ford GT beats Ferarri again. C&D did a comparo of the Ford GT, the Ferrari Challenge Stradale and the Porsche 911 GT3. The GT is 2 seconds quicker than the competition on Gingerman Raceway, thanks in large part to its monster engine. Apropriate, ay?

Wow... Thanks, nrc. That is one beautiful car. On another site, a couple years ago in a previous life, there was a thread about the most beautiful race cars of all time, and that's the car I nominated.

At Cleveland this year, they opened up a GT-40 for all to see (behind barriers, of course), and it looks like nothing but pure performance under wraps. I've never owned a Ford, but if I had mega bucks to burn, one would be in my stable.
