The 37-year-old Zanardi said he had turned down an offer to race in the Indianapolis 500.

"I really think that my career at that level is over," he said.

I just saw that too, JB. Great news for Alex. And thank God he turned down that offer to fly a turd.

I wonder what his wife is thinking about this, though. I remember AZ or somebody saying that after his laps at Lausitz, Daniele (sp?) told him that his time in a racing cockpit was fini.
