Anyone REALLY familiar with Mozilla's mail program?

I was using Mozilla 1.6b on my old computer. A week ago that old computer decided to take a dump on me. I got a new one, and the company I bought it from was able to retrieve all the info from my old 'puter's hard drive and place it in a folder on my new computer called "old C drive".

I had lots of semi-important e-mails and addresses in Mozilla's mail program on the old puter. I'm using the same Mozilla 1.6b browser and mail program on my new puter. Is there any way to retrieve those emails/addresses that were on the old machine now that all the info is saved onto my new machine in the "old C drive" folder?

Old was 2K, new is XP Pro. After finding a FAQ, I got 'er figgered out. Thanks anyhow... I'll buy you a beer next time I see ya for the attempt made. ;)

It is a kind of tricky procedure to restore all settings because you will have to manually... but now I see you've gotten it solved.

Since I had to do this hard manuever a few months ago I found the new tool that will make it much easier: http://backup.jasnapaka.com/

I also have Opera installed, and to tell you the truth I like it a little better than Mozilla even though it has a banner.
