View Full Version : Fittipaldi/Castroneves suit resolved.
In Emmo's favor. According to this TSN.ca article (http://www.tsn.ca/auto_racing/news_story.asp?ID=71371) the jury found that GayHelio breached an agreement that he had signed with Fittipaldi USA four years ago.
``This was the toughest week of my life,'' said Castroneves, a two-time Indianapolis 500 winner who cried into a handkerchief as the jury's decisions were announced. ``I'm just so happy.''

This is really wierd....he breached the contract, but he doesn't owe any money.

"He sign me under yellow! He sign me under yellow!"
The AP made a mistake.
The jury decided that HCN did not breach the contract.

Hopefully it was "Mr. Hanky"... Of course I'm sure later that night "Mr. Hand" was involved! ;)
