We don't have much to worry about. There is so much debris orbiting the earth that his 'advertising satellites' will get pummeled to death. This debris comes from booster-separation explosions and such, and there is a lot of it, travelling VERY fast. The US Military tracks every object in near-earth orbit (15,000 miles) that is larger than a 10cm from several large arrays called NAVSPASUR stations. This data is used by the military and NASA to keep satellites out of harms way (it's easier to move a 10-ton satellite a few dozen feet that it is to stop a small bolt travelling at MACH 3).

I think that NORAD will withhold its data from this moron "in the interests of national security" and then add the chunks of his crap to their orbital debris lists. :D
