Brit and myself spent last week in Cabo San Lucas.
We made it back safely last night, pictures here...http://community.webshots.com/album/131411141rDEvog
it was pretty cool. Sunsets and sunrise are beautiful, hopefully the pix can do them justice. There was no swimming in the ocean where we were due to the riptide...you can actually see waves going out to sea from time to time. If you look at the wave pics, those are about 15+ feet high, and really just break about 3 feet from shore. All day and night like this, it's just incredible to sit and watch the power. They call it thunder beach, because that's what it sounds like all day and night...distant thunder. We took the Bucanneer Queen to go on a snorkeling tour to Chillean Bay...unfortunately my size 17's are mucho grande...no fins. The water was way cold from what we were told, and with about 40 in the water, there wasn't much to see...most of the fish were spooked. Nonetheless it was a great afternoon, with lunch on the boat and many shots of tequilla washed down with pina coladas. We saw 3 whales that afternoon, they were only about 40 feet from the boat...awesome. Too much to tell...check out the photos.
