Bobby Ray Hall

Good ol' DW stated yesterday during the Talledaga broadcast that several people were inducted into a hall of fame at the track. One of those was a guy that he had met a couple of times and had always called him Bobby Ray to his face because he thought his name was Bobby Ray Hall. He didn't realize his mistake until he saw the list for them to talk about during the broadcast and saw it spelled differently than he had been pronouncing it.

I'm not sure if DW was being serious or was just plain stupid. I think the latter.

Before the race started, somebody in the booth ( I guess) was saying that
the fans will be watching fast cars in side by side racing, FLYING cars trying
to get over the finish line first.. :eek:
This is not an exact quote but they mentioned Flying cars
