There is no buyout. Jaguar is a wholly owned subsidary of the Ford Motor Company . So is Cosworth . The man at the top of all three entities is William Clay Ford Jr. The only action here is the transfer of the control of the Jag team to Ford Management, which could be as simple as changing addresses of the top team managers to Ford Europe in the UK, and the team's budget to Ford Brand marketing from Jaguar Brand marketing. The most complicated it can get is reporting to Dan Davis in the US, so some sembence as it being a US team.
