Okay, time for the obligatory "race attendance" thread. Does anyone know what the attendance was for Portland? How does that compare to previous years?

That's consistant with what I heard. They needed 30,000 to make it work financially, and they seem to be saying that they got there. I'm going to try to have a word with Mike Nealy at Global Events to get a confirmation.

They definitely had some walk ups. I'm not sure if the hot weather brought more people out or kept them home.
