I haven't heard of SE Games and can't find a reference of them via various search engines. Usually developers release info on what they are doing. I'll keep my ear to the ground. I hope it pans out.

That's a bold statement. It better be good to be better than GPL. Also, I agree with jcollins28 too, the Trans Am mod for N2K3 is a great one, especially with all the downloadable roadcourses.

Yeah, pretty bold alright. Of course, that's what almost every racing sim says nowadays, so I'm pretty skeptical about this deal.

Maybe it's the West Brothers... they probably got tired of developing Racing Legends (http://www.racing-legends.com/) and decided to take on the ChampCars... :D
