Two things:

One - we started 2 years before Despain's show, in this regard he has a bit of catching up to do
Two - we have completely different schticks... two talk shows about motorsports though produced VERY differently... he is rather slow, we are very fast paced - therefore two rather different audiences. We like Dave, he's just different.

I laugh at how this forum trys to portray a bad "Speed-Freakin'" tude... to be successful these days we need just as many to not like us as those who like us... so keep bringin' it on! :D

Okay, I watched the whole show and yeah, I wasn't impressed. It was obviously a chopped up video of a radio broadcast, like Stern does on E! network. Gladys is still a babe and very nice lady, though.

I'm NOT gonna give up on the show. When I said I wasn't impressed, it didn't mean that I won't tune in again. I will.

The chopped up style needs some work, like if you are going to take a two hour radio program and cram it into 22 minutes of TV time, stay with one of your guests. Don't cut off an interview leave us hanging, then come back after some inane video clip in the middle of another guest.

They don't have a radio show, more like a campfire, a bar stool, a cook out at the track or a front yard just sitting around chatting...but you can learn more about racing their than by watching SF.....you know McDonald's sells alot of burgers...doesn't mean they're any good.
