I recently switched over to Mozilla Firefox as my browser. Most sites work fine but I can't get SpeedTV.com to work. Any suggestions?
Go to about:plugins in the browser. Make sure you have flash and Java installed. http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/ has the list and links to the most common plugins you will need.
Gah.... it puts the smilie in! Link should be "about: plugins" without the space.

You could've checked "Disable smilies in text" under Additional Options underneath the message box.

SPEED has been converting their website to a new format and it always asks me to install macromedia shockwave.
