Anybody else having trouble with OC?

Im having a heck of a time even getting into this site. Now when I go to the bookmark my PC asks me if I want to view it "offline" WTFIUWT?

Not to mention the constant reboot if I happen to visit the chat room?
Is anyone else having problems in this area?

No I am not having trouble either. And that is at work and at home I am getting in.
