Coyne is the ultimate racer. He shows up each weekend with limited resources because he is'nt a whore. The dood defines a real racer...a grassroots guy fighting it out with the big money.

I have to admire Dale Coyne for his loyalty to the series. If he were a real whore, he would be in the I*L by now. :thumbup:

Evidently while Gastone is in with Argentine sponsors for next year, Coyne will retain the AMR sponsorship and will test two other drivers for that car in the last two races this year. Any word on who those drivers are?

He would also like to keep Servia around if money can be found. Is the world ready for a DCR super team? :)

Jaroslav Janis.


Jaroslav Janis is set to become the first Czech driver to compete in the Champ Car World Series in the Lexmark Indy 300 this weekend on Australia's Gold Coast.

The youngster, who has spent 2004 racing in the DTM and has previously held a testing role with the Jordan Formula One team, tested for Dale Coyne Racing at Putnam and is to line up alongside Oriol Servia at Surfers Paradise in place of Gaston Mazzacane.

Mezzacane was a w*nker in F1 and will still be a w*nker in Champcars. I don't care how many cars there are next year, Mezzacane won't be anywhere near the front.

Janis, is pretty good. He is a bit over-rated imo, but he will do a lot better then Mezzacane. The Britt press pegged Janis as a future mega-star, ala Enge, after he did well in Palmer Audi, but he hasn't really set the world on fire in F3000 and DTM.
