That's funny! I wonder if those people are thinking "sure I'm getting paid, but boy this sucks".
Seems Toyota is borrowing from nature and emulating the Armadillidium Vulgare* (Pill Bug, Roly Poly Bug).
When it senses danger it simply rolls up into a protective ball.
Might make for better cornering speeds that way. :)
