Bernie's pretty good at giving just enough to keep everyone racing the next weekend. We'll see if 0.5 Billion is enough...maybe he'll have to eat Tap Ramen for a few nights! :laugh:

Its is truly mind boggling to get even a glimpse of the money washing around f1.

Would this money be available to new teams that may come on board? It better be of else he will have a two class system and that is not sustainable either. And if it is for new teams, does the pot grow? It better or existing teams would resent the the new teams taking a piece of the pie.

It sounds like this is a 2005-only deal, but he better find a way to share more wealth in a fair and transparent way or many of these teams will surely walk (or at least make a real pain of themselves). Bernie knows that it is not good for his sport if all the talk is about how much money he is making. That is not a sport, and even if he has fans, they are not paying to see him make money.

Bernie is the master, playing a game against children and fools. He's so many moves ahead, his "opposition" doesn't even know what the game is.

The only pressure Bernie felt was the increase of the hoover-like sunctioning on his magic wand.


You just know something else is up when Bernie is so willing NOW to cough up half a billion bucks.

Tony would have saved mucho dinero, and the fans would still be there.

As far as BE, he`s treating the symptom, the cause will still be there.
