as it turns out, maybe the media shouldn't come down so hard on the big east for having a champion ranked so low. the league they should blast: the ACC (http://news-register.net/sptcolumns/story/1225202004_sco02.asp).

good article, I had read similar things about the ACC being worse off than the big east in rankings earlier in the year, which is a given considering miami was #1 in final BCS for 2 years in a row...
