Mhf, I have that same jacket in the same size. I usually take a large (I'm over 6' with ~40" shoulders), but mine fits great. :D The jacket also is packable and has "fanny pack loops" built-in.

Granted, it probably wouldn't fit someone the size of Winston Wolfe or Rocket, but that's another matter.
