BTW - The pics are hilarious, and true. I used to work construction and sometimes you do some crazy stuff because, well, the job has to get done. I’ve seen a guy lean a fully extended 30-foot extension ladder against a wall, then climb it and rig an 8-foot step ladder to the top of it just to get the last piece of siding nailed in. My boss backed his van up to a three-story wall, set his extension ladder on top of the van so it would reach the roof, then grabbed a 240-pound roll of rubber roofing on his shoulder and climbed the ladder to the top.

Not trying to be funny, but my company used that series of pictures (there are a great deal more, actually) in some safety training... after one of our female forklift drivers backed off a loading dock and broke her neck. I'm not making a joke about it because she was killed. :(
