Long, long ago, or at least it seems that way, we had a funny thread over at 7G about cars we'd never want in front of us sitting at stoplights. Somebody posted something about white pickup trucks with men in the cab and equipment in the bed, taking their own sweet time, "going to the jobsite."
Whoever you are, wherever you've gone, I just want you to know that I still laugh about that every time I see one of those trucks on my way to work early in the morning. They're usually clanking along with ladders or 2x4s precariously placed in the back, doing about 60 on the 405 when everyone else is going at least 75. And every time I see them, I literally say out loud, "Going to the jobsite!" And then I just giggle all the way to work.
