I've been missing everyone's tales of meat preparation and smoking. And what a treat to see Oddlycalm's name as the thread starter.
Not SMOKING exactly, but wtf does Costco put into their steaks?
For a Bigger-Box store, they taste like magic unicorns! :thumbup:
They are very tasty, therefore, they must be doing something awful to them, right?
(JoeBob, I hope you got some resolution to your queries. For smoking, pork shoulder, butt, etc., is hard to mess up.)
