Nice choice, SOG...I think. Folks in our company have been having probs with the hard drive failures with those models (just an FYI). One of the reasons I haven't upgraded this here oldy,but goody Dell laptop to an 8600 or 6000. That, plus I'd really like what FCY is dreaming about, but @ $1K less. Enjoy.

(Kevin, if I were you, I'd just wait until the G5/6 PowerBooks come out, probably at the end of the year. From what I'm reading, the G4s aren't all that and a box of Cracker Jacks... but I needed a Lappy posthaste and the company paid. I was considering one of those Acer Ferraris... but there's just something impossibly sexy about Apple's industrial design that I can't pass up.)
