AR1 has a rumor about China and Japan.

What gives?

According to the 3 year plan, China next year and Japan the year after. Adding 2 - 3 new races each of the next 2 years. Plan also calls for 50% international races.

I'm surprised that Japan isn't brought up often. Other than the Motegi thing, it's onw of the obvious choices if you're interested in the Pacific Rim.

It'd be nice if they reinvestigated going back to Gateway which is just up the road from me but I guess that's just not continental enough. :shakehead

Hokkaido is beautiful and a great tourist draw year around. They even have an FIA approved road course up there.
