I just took a look at Scientific Atlanta's website.

Nothing I can see about champcars at all.

I was guessing it was a one-off. Pioneer and Sci-Atl are big, big rivals in the set top box field. Was wondering if they were there to upset Pioneer's tent and pavillion sponsorship.

I'll bet it has more to do with Kevin Kahlkoven, and relationships he built as CEO of JDS Uniphase.

I doubt SA is paying anything more than associate sponsorship money.
