Definitely better than the last 2 years, but not the best ever, at least not right now.
But I bet RHR can save you a bunch of money on your car insurance. :gomer:

A series without Scott Speed? Blasphemy!
That's not his real last name, you know. The family changed it from "Crank".

Can't help it that you make it so easy. In case you didn't notice, you have less people on your side in the Scott Speed discussion than I do in Grand-Am threads. ;)

On that point alone, I will blindly agree with whatever R2C says in the other thread..... :p
Back on topic - How about the best field since the Phoenix rose from the ashes......

When was the last time we had four former champs in the series?
I'll take this driver lineup any day.
EDIT: And the quality and parity among the teams is the best I can remember in a while.

I'd guess 2001 w/Zanardi, Vasser, Andretti & DeFerran.
I agree 100%, the quality of the field this year is the best its been in quite a while.

Best ever - no.
Best since the IRL exodus - yes.
F3000 champs, CART/CCWS champs, even some really good ride-buyers. All we need is a really good F1 wash-up like Verstappen and we're golden. :)
