From TSO...
TSO checked with the Hemelgarn team again about engineer Tim Wardrop
At the track this morning Wardrop become ill, with his body becoming numb on
the left side. He was taken by ambulance to Methodist Hospital. According to
owner Ron Hemelgarn he may have had a mini stroke. He is in stable condition at
the hospital and Hemelgarn said it is possible he could be released tonight
although he likely will not be released to return to work. Hemelgarn said it has
been a tough month.
Best wishes to a great race car engineer. It has been a tough month for that team.
