If he knew there was no chance for them to overtake Jordan why didn't he pull off to make the race even more of a farce? It makes no sense, I think he was just frustrated at the fact that they were getting blown away by Jordan.

Still, putting a mic to an angry Aussie is always quality entertainment. ;)
