Another "nascar" yellow?

I woke up from my regular nascar induced nap to find the race with 40 laps to go, DW say's something like, "...usually around lap 20 we get a caution at this track." Sure enough lap 24, Yellow!.......the commetators really never said what the yellow was for nor did the camera show anything out of the ordinary.........:shakehead
