At least she is starting in the MIPS . . . . SPEEDTV (http://www.speedtv.com/articles/auto/indycar/19419/)

Uh-Oh! :eek:
Like Sarah Fisher before her, and Lyn St. James before her, Danica could be dumped like a bad coke habit for the next big thing.....
She's at least won something (Quarter-midget Champ) and has a degree or two. She's got a couple up on both DNF and Danicle.

I wouldn't rate a Quarter Midget championship over Danica's karting championships. She has won some ARCA midget races but didn't Sarah win in midgets also?
Ultimately it's what difference does it make? If there's a more pointless series than the IPS dronefests, I've yet to hear of it.

She will have four Sam Schmidt Motorsports teammates in the 67-lap race at Chicagoland Speedway
I didn't realize this was now the Sam Schmidt series. Isn't that over half the field?
I thought Sarah Fisher was quite successful in the sprint/midget series. At least that is what the gomers always said. :gomer:

Chicagoland 100 Race :: Lap 5: Yellow for multi-car accident in T4. #3 Wilson, #8 McCune, #19 Festa, #20 Drake, #33 Cunningham all involved.
Sun Sep 11 2005 12:06:38 GMT-0400 (EDT)
Chicagoland 100 Race :: Lap 8: The caution period will be longer as the debris field is large.
So much for the stirring first race pole and victory that would have upstaged Danica. On the bright side, though:

Chicagoland 100 Race :: Lap 43: #4 Roth is running one of his better races as he challenges for the lead. :eek:
