I would hope that she is just making some exploratory contacts with an eye on putting a much better and younger Venezuelan driver into a Champ Car.

It would be really interesting to learn the economics of this deal. HVM has been said to have done no testing since before Long Beach because of budget constraints and dumped Bremmer for the same reason. Could this be a "pay-to-play" that at least got HVM on the track to try some things before the last races of the season?

The write up on their site suggested that they were actually trying to make a test session out it on her Citgo dime. I hope they over charged. ;)
