They're both rather similar actually. Funny how this color scheme resembles that of a large tobacco company eh?

It does look similar, but the nose might please a bit better those that don't like the Panoz noze. I will miss the F15 intakes on the Lolas. I always thought that was cool.

I'm still OK with the Panoz though

it's the same car as the A! and remeber when i said months ago , if lola built it it would look like the A1 car, well most hated it, now everone loves the lola just because it's lola,2 it hasn't been annnounced yet but i hear in 2008 cc will let lola play also so everyone don't get to upset, lola wouldn't have let this out unless they have an invitation in the future to come back

not really, it has no airbox, different front end ( i wish they dropped the nose).

very different sidepods.

other then that, a modern OW car will have similar traits when made by the same company for road racing purposes.

Both look like nice cars to me. I can't see anybody loving one, but hating the other.

If offered both cars, but one was significantly less expensive, I'd just take the cheaper one.

It seems like it would be pretty unfair to Panoz to have to put their chassis out there and let Lola watch its development for a year.

If you could afford it...thats been the biggest problem all along. I'd rather have 24 guys racing, even if only the top 3 big bucks spenders had a chance to win, than 3-4 guys (2?) ONLY having a shot like in ALMS.

The problem I see with allowing the Panoz and the Lola to both run in Champ Car is that each was designed for optimal performance as a spec car. If Lola is allowed in the series, the car could be dramatically better, or it could be dramatically worse.
