Apparently, it might make sense to abandon Spa. Those crazy Belgians have banned tabacco advertising. And Bernie has discovered in recent years that all he needs to do is identify and negotiate with Billionaire despots willing to spend $600 - $800 million to build a Tilke. Malaysia, Bahrain, and China. Tony George might even qualify.

Besides, all the classic tracks have been emasculated in recent years anyway.
And Monaco has an opportunity to reinvent itself. All they need to do is widen the track about 10 feet! ;)
