There are already 3 Canadian races in cities. I don't understand this item.

The Champ Car circuit is looking to set up shop in a third Canadian city after moving into Montreal in 2002.

Series co-owner Kevin Kalkhoven wouldn't say which cities are being considered, but that "there aren't too many big Canadian cities" to choose from.

Kalkhoven said Champ Car's recent move to take over promoting and handling the Molson Indy in Toronto means "now we're Canadian residents."

i think that this is a very public way of putting the city of montreal and norman legault on notice that that stunt he pulled this year was very not appreciated and unless he steps it up a bunch next season, the race is going to be moved to another canadian city for 2007.

if the people of montreal really want to keep the race, they will put the screws to the local government and legault.

Montreal paper has KK saying IF CC can't come to agreement on Montreal for '07 that doesn't mean they can't race somewhere else "in Quebec." Where is St. Hubert airport? What's it look like? C'mon whiz kids, lets throw up a layout or two!
