When I listen to a Comedian, I try & leave my "sensiblity" at the door ...

I figure if enough people are laughing at the jokes, it really doesn't matter what I think... I'll just listen to them again to see what I'm missing .

I don't need to laugh at everything they say, but usually all comedians have a couple of "gems" that saves the day

As far as Tom Green goes, I've laughed at some of his stuff, and He's been funny doing his Remote Bits on the Tonite Show !

I always wondered how Any Comedian has the guts to stand in front of a "Judgemental" crowd of people with the hopes that they'll laugh !

I watch the DVD's of the Old Ed Sullivan Show and remember laughing my ass off as a kid at some of the comedians at that time ... Just to look at the same bits now, and wonder what I thought was so funny!

But I give the benefit to anyone trying to entertain me ! :)
