Motorcycle wreck video

I stumbled across this video (http://www.wimp.com/wreck/) this evening and have not been able to figure out where it is from. Does anyone know the story behind this and/or what the end result was?

The organizers of that series should be fined and or somthing and that circus should be shut down. Those corner workers did not seem to have any good lan of waht to do with the bike, they should have helped the rider get off the course first. Second more people should have been on the scene to get the bike. Third the beat up rider should no be the first on limping on the scene after the second hit. :shakehead
