Funny you mention cakes since that's what we did in baking lab this past week. I decorated a 4-layer cake for my friend for her birthday. I also made a Champ Car cake (a cake w/ the logos on it). If I had the ability, I'd post a pic. A friend of mine asked if I could actually try to make a Champ Car shaped cake so that is the next challenge...whenever I get around to it. :)
