Cleveland FYI - Musco Lighting Truck

Today I noticed a Musco Lighting truck (portable tower) parked on the Operations Compound at Burke Airport. Perhaps some testing or demonstrations scheduled?

Somebody on the Speed crew mentioned that the Burke race was going to be the biggest temporarily lighted event of any kind, ever. Or something like that... Can't wait. Look for our motley crew in Stand G (I think).

I read somewhere that they were doing a test Saturday night, not sure where I read it at though :-). Just remembered, I was close it was friday night. lol


Lights tested at airport Lights were tested last night at Burke Lakefront Airport in preparation for the annual Cleveland Grand Prix set for Fourth of July weekend. The race will be run at night, so portable lights will be used to brighten the runways and taxiways at Burke.
