It's not Claire Ragot. The gal in the photo does remind me a little bit of Anita from 7G, if that's whom you were thinking of, racer2c.

BTW, if you do a Google on Claire Ragot, she ran a LOT of races! I even found her blog once, in which she described how her love for Seb caused her to move to the US, and the excitement of watching him win a couple of races in '03. :)
