No on-board cameras because the cloud ceiling is too low for the necessary helicopter to get in position? Paging Mother - Mother of Invention - we need some new tech...
I should be able to fit a nap or two in during this race.

I'm gonna bust out on some laundry and housekeeping. Maybe check in at Dolans to see what people are eating. :gomer:
This race is a bit more fun to watch since the guaranteed DEI win doesn't exist anymore.

Good car control Tony!
That was close!!!
Biffle might have tire damage. I'd say it's very likely after seeing the replay.
Ok, this coke commercial is funny! :D

he's not even pissed
He's not upset with Carl Edwards anyway.

I am upset with Carl, Kyle Petty is one of my Yahoo Fantasy picks. So is Joe Nemechek.

It's seems everyone else is blaming Dale Jarrett.
Matt Kenseth says Tony Stewart "wrecked me plain as day".
WTF is Tony's problem? :shakehead
Kenseth is hot!
edit: They black flag Matt!!!!
Matt refusing the penalty.
edit: Matt serves his penalty. Pass through pitlane at 55 mph.
My other two guys are first and second, it's ok stop the race now.

Except that Kurt Busch is still a punk.
Caution. Can the guys make it to the end on this last stop?

So tony Stewert is the new Dale Earnhardt eh? Everytime I flip the channel over he's punting someone off the track.
Looks good in HD except the fog gives it a strange look. I can't wait for Champ Cars in HD.
Darn it! Schrader is one of my picks. Luckily no contact between Schrader and Newman.

I was thinking the very same thing.
I'll give Dale Jr. that one.
Man! Kurt Busch is done and the car is toast! McMurray caused that one.

Yeah, Busch's rear valance went into the stands too.
Hope everyone is OK (most NASCAR fans would wear it as a badge of honor if they got hit by the sheetmetal, though).

I hope Kyle B. can stay ahead of Stewart.
Kyle Busch gets black flagged and Tony Stewart goes to the end of the longest line?
 That should put a smile on Kurt's face. lol

Jamie got his.. Too bad for Burton and Bobby though.

Does this mean Kyle serves his penalty under the caution?

I'd really hate for Jimmie Johnson to win this race. :(
Obviously it was intentional on your part, Tiny Stewart.

He only plays one on tv.
Nascar.com has a lot to learn about live timing. Page updates every 10 minutes.

Thats cuz they want you to subscribe to track pass or watch on TV.
Nascar is on paytv here in Oz (Foxtel),but I just cannot make my self pay for television, especially when Champ Car is on free to air :)
Lets all thank Tony Stewart for adding drama to this otherwise boring race.
He kept a good balance of driving and eating pizza at the same time.

I agree. Tony should take a long, hard look in the mirror next time he complains about wild, unsafe driving. I do give him a tiny bit of kudos for being able to hang onto the car and bring it to a decent finish, considering all that he went through today.
SpeedNews just said that Jimmie Johnson could be the first person ever to win the 500 and not be the points leader, due to impending penalties from the Knauss situation.

Actually since he could get out of the pack to pit, or rather refused to just go high and lift to let everybody by, he too was put at the end of the longest line since the caution came out before he served the penalty. NASCAR justice again. :shakehead
