Champ Car and CSU

So last night I was at the CSU basketball season finale and saw a Champ Car booth. Pretty cool huh? They had at least a half dozen girls dressed in the Champ Car suit but with jeans. Apparently Miss Cleveland GP is also a PR intern and a CSU student. :cool:

Anyway, while the new promoters made an attempt to recruit younger fans, I think they packed up and left within 5 minutes of the game starting. I figure it would've made sense to at least stay until halftime, hopefully it just meant they had somewhere else to promote.

they had a booth at the cleveland auto show today, with miss cleveland grand prix. it was very understated.

in other news, state farm had a booth with michael andretti and an irl car. he was signing autographs. it was very under attended.
